1. To undertake the full operational managerial responsibilities for the designated team, including:
(a) To supervise the work of the Senior Social Worker and delegate appropriate responsibilities (where applicable)
(b) To be responsible on a day to day basis for allocating and organising caseloads for Social Workers
(c) To prepare for and provide regular, individual, agendered, supervision for Social Workers and other staff.
(d) To ensure team members fulfil expectations in respect of policies, standards and good practice, both generally and in relation to individual cases.
