As a Team Leader, you'll be a key part of the night team, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.

We have a 22 & 33 hour position available. Shift times are 9pm to 8am and include enhanced pay for night hours.

What is the role?

The Team Leader role involves day to day support, with duties such as:

Motivating staff to encourage and support residents.
Ensure all individuals are safe and secure within the environment and ensuring that all safeguarding policies and procedures are always
followed.
Undertake supervision and observational practices with our team of Care Workers as directed.
Maintain accurate records and document any concerns.
What skills and experience do you need?
