Registered Manager

• Demonstrate the ability to manage emotionally challenging situations, be a team player with experience of
support work in both educational and residential settings
• Ensure the effective operation of a small care home for young people attending Coleg Plas Dwbl
• Have a high level of personal resilience and emotional and social intelligence
• Oversee and supervise the residential staff within a minimum of two care homes, ensuring they are
appropriately trained and supported.
• Ensure that all activities within the households are carried out in compliance with regulation and represent
the seven Care Qualities of Transform Residential Limited and Ruskin Mill Trust.
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Residential and R.I to reflect the quality of the service provided
during inspections by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) inspections.
• Ideally have a relevant qualification to allow for approval as a registered manager with Care Inspectorate
Wales and Social Care Wales.
