What you’ll be doing:

You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence.
Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
Personal care will be required.
Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
Working within a residential setting with 4 adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.
be part of an on call system once a week after probation
