Come and join our team Cwmamman Day Centre is seeking to recruit a Senior Support Worker. It is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed, and flexible individual. They need to possess an NVQ/QCF level 3 to support and deputise, where appropriate, for the Care Home Manager.
Responsibilities will include (but not restricted to):
- Supervision and monitoring of staff
- Recording and reporting on IT systems
- Rostering
- Personal Care Duties
- Moving and Handling, using equipment where required
- Assistance with medication (as per the Authority's Medication Policy)
• Taking direction from visiting professionals (GP, District Nurse etc)
