Come and join our team The vision of Children and Families Services in Carmarthenshire is to
keep children safe and families together and we are investing in our services to make this happen.
We have a vacancy for a Senior Early Help Support Worker in our Early Help Hub.
We are looking for someone with the life experience, skills and motivation to build relationships with children, young people and their families and get alongside them to help them achieve their goals.
The successful applicant will have experience of supporting people in a social care or similar role and have held a supervisory position.
We know that accessing the right help at the right time can make the world of difference to children and families who need support. You will provide high quality support to children, young people and their families so that they can find solutions that work for them, feel connected to their communities and thrive.
If you feel you can bring your experience, ideas, and creativity, to this role we want to hear from you. In return you will receive regular supervision, training and support and there will be opportunities for your professional development.

DBS level: An Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job. It is an offence to apply for the role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk
Welsh language level - Verbal: Level 2 - You will need a basic level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
