Come and join our team An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapy Assistant within our Integrated Occupational Therapy Adult Community Team in Carmarthenshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a real desire to make a difference to the people we serve.
The post holder will carry out a range of interventions to people in their own homes to enable and empower individuals to engage in meaningful activities and improve functional performance through rehabilitation, reablement, equipment provision and environmental adaptations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual, passionate about the value of community Occupational Therapy to maintain momentum in transforming our community services across organisations for the people of Carmarthenshire and future generations.
