Intervention and Prevention Worker
Job description
About the role:
The intervention worker role is to work closely with children, families and young people who are open to statutory children's services. The intervention worker will deliver focussed interventions, preventative work and provide support to help effect positive change and improve outcomes for children and young people. To work closely with social worker's, agencies, and services with the aim of maintaining the family unit and keeping families together where possible.
