Come and join our team Being a Care worker is a rewarding role and we are seeking individuals who are motivated, passionate, have a positive attitude and want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support. The individuals will work as part of an established team to provide high quality care and support within a residential care setting. Both experienced care workers and those new to care are welcome to apply.
. Responsibilities will also include (but not restricted to):
• Personal Care Duties
• Moving and Handling, using equipment where required
• Meal Preparation
• Assistance with medication (as per the Authority's Medication Policy)
• Taking direction from visiting professionals (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, GP, District Nurse etc)
