Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week (working between 7:00am - 7:00pm any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including bank holidays)
Location of post: The Quays, Brunel Way, Baglan Energy Park, Briton Ferry SA11 2GG
We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Community Wellbeing Team.
You will be expected to work closely with the Community Wellbeing Team Supervisors to undertake scheduling of the Support Workers rotas and live monitoring of Individuals calls, using relevant IT systems. You will act as the key interface between internal and external individuals; efficiently organise the work rotas of CWT Support Workers and ensure that Individuals receive their scheduled calls in a timely manner, this will include making any necessary adjustments on a daily basis in response to sickness or change of circumstances of Individuals.
You will be required to proactively plan in annual leave, training and management meetings, as well as be responsible for personal development of system applications and sourcing of new software.
In order to undertake this challenging role effectively, you should have proven experience of the effective use of IT systems such as Microsoft Windows Word and Excel. You must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the concept of community based support. Previous experience of employee scheduling would be an advantage.
You must possess the European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent IT qualification.
