We provide person centred and outcome focused care to people who are supported in a permanent or short-term residential care placement in Bryn Y Cae. Supporting people to maintain their independence, regain, improve and maintain skills of daily living, provide the best outcomes for people who need care and support in a safe environment.
The Administration Assistant will effectively support the Manager and Team Leaders in the day to day administration duties of the Residential and Reablement services of the home, by providing a high quality administrative service that assists with the operation of an efficient and effective service.
