Q&A with Sam

Why did you go into childcare?

I’ve always had a passion for working with children, to help them develop and grow into independent thinkers and learners.

What do you get up to in a typical day?

We plan a lot of activities to give children first-hand experiences that they might not get at home, which focus on all individual needs to help them develop physically, mentally and emotionally.

What’s the most rewarding part of the job?

Knowing you’re giving the children a flying start in life, and a safe and warm environment to help them learn, grow and develop.
