We welcome applications to come and join our Community Team for Learning Disabilities in Carmarthenshire. We currently have 2 Full-time Well-being and Welfare Practitioner Posts available. 1 post in Carmarthen and 1 post in Llanelli. The posts are due to growth of the team.

We work with adults with learning disabilities as part of a multi-disciplinary team to promote their well-being and to maximise their independence in regard to their finances and welfare benefits.
The Community Learning Disabilities Team is committed to providing exceptional support and care for individuals with Learning Disabilities and their carers. Our team is dedicated to improving the outcomes for individuals through compassionate, person-centred approaches.
