The right person for this role will be an inspirational and creative manager who can lead our fantastic team and take responsibility for all operational aspects of the home.
For the role we ask that you have: - The mandatory qualifications set by Social Care Wales to register as an Adult Care Home Manager (Please refer to the Social Care Wales website for the current qualifications accepted)
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and statutory guidance. For example, Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, Health and Safety legislation
- An ability to communicate at all levels, particularly with individuals who live in the home, families, and other professional agencies.
