Job description
Work base: Abergele
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified professional with experience of working with Older People and an interest in Management to undertake the role of Team Manager within the Older People/ Hospital Social Work section.
The Team Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of operational locality based services for Older People and also for the provision of a service that supports the timely and effective discharge of the residents of Conwy from various acute and community hospital settings.
The ability to talk with individuals in English and write in English is essential. The ability to talk to individuals in Welsh is desirable as is the ability to write in Welsh. Successful applicants will be vetted and require a DBS criminal records check.
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
