West Lodge is an established Children's Residential Home, based in St Ishmaels, Haverfordwest. Here we will provide temporary residence to 10-17 year olds who have encountered a range of adverse childhood experiences.
We are seeking experienced Support Workers to support us in delivering a dynamic, person centred service on an operational level. In this role, you will take designated responsibility for overseeing shifts at West Lodge in line with Care inspectorate Wales regulations.
The team is structured on an annualised, rota basis including evenings, nights & weekends to ensure that West Lodge continues to provide a consistently warm, safe, welcoming, happy, friendly and nurturing environment. Flexibility would be expected.

To comply with the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales requirements, applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold NVQ 3 in Caring for Children or Children and Young People or willingness to work towards this qualification.
