Team Leader - Supported Living Service G09: £37,035 - £39,513 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of 1 x permanent 37 hour Team Leader within The Supported Living service. We welcome applicants from colleagues within Social Care Provider Services with the relevant qualifications to apply for the post of Team leader.
You will be based in Crown Buildings and on site in one of the supported living houses and qualified to NVQ level 2 as a minimum with the ability and commitment to achieve a higher qualification.
The successful applicants will: • Have passion and the commitment to work in partnership with other Team leaders to ensure the efficient running of the service and ensure statutory guidance is being met. • Ensure that the service provision is person centred, reliable and dignified. • Maintain a caseload of people in receipt of the service • Arrange and facilitate person centred plan assessments and reviews • Manage a small team of staff to include arranging and implementing rotas and rota management ensuring your service is sufficiently staffed • Assess staff competence in all aspects of their role during their shift patterns (this will require successful completion of the key trainer qualification) • Participate in the out of hour's on-call arrangements and duty. • Support the Registered Manager in the management of staff performance, conduct and absence, recruitment and probation • Meet the full requirements of the role as identified in the Job Description (available on request)
Whilst your base will be Crown buildings, you will have the option to work flexibly, with some time at home, on site and in the workplace. You can also take advantage of our flexible working arrangements. You will receive a comprehensive induction and training to support you in your role.
