Join our dedicated team at West Lodge, a new Children's Residential Home in St Ishmaels, Haverfordwest, committed to providing temporary residence for 10-18 year olds who have faced diverse adverse childhood experiences.
We are currently hiring experienced Support Workers for full-time, open-ended positions, spanning 37 hours per week. As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a dynamic, person-centred service at an operational level. Your responsibilities will include overseeing shifts at West Lodge, adhering to Care Inspectorate Wales regulations.
Our team operates on an annualised rota basis, covering evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure the consistent provision of a warm, safe, welcoming, happy, friendly, and nurturing environment at West Lodge. To meet Care Inspectorate Wales standards, applicants must be at least 22 years old and hold an NVQ 3 in Caring for Children or Children and Young People, or demonstrate a willingness to work towards this qualification.
