What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) – Essential for this role.
✅ A passion for enabling independence – Helping individuals live life on their own terms.

✅ Strong initiative & teamwork skills – Be proactive, work independently, and collaborate effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Working as part of a passionate team to provide outstanding support.
✅ Implementing Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and personal plans, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and PBS Lead.
✅ Collaborating closely with family members and professionals to create a strong support network.
✅ Encouraging community involvement, helping individuals engage in local activities.
✅ Building essential life skills, including cooking, household tasks, managing finances, and medication administration.
✅ Providing support in the community – from shopping and appointments to education and leisure activities.
✅ Assisting with personal care as outlined in individual care plans.
✅ Contributing to risk assessments and support plans, ensuring a safe and empowering environment.

 What are the pay and benefits? 

✅ £12.29 per hour

✅Wakeful nights rate £12.29 + 20%

✅Sleep in rate £62.64
