Support Worker

This role is based within a supported living service located in Wrexham, where we provide personalised, specialist support to individuals who primarily have learning and/or physical disabilities.

What you’ll be doing:

You'll be supporting individuals and promoting their independence to gain confidence living within their homes and also with accessing the community.
Personal care is required for some individuals.
You will work to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.

You are able to work independently, multitask, and be organised.
You will have a calm and positive attitude under pressure.
You will be a quick learner, hands on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
You will be flexible as shifts will include days, evenings, and sleep ins.
Must be a Driver with a full manual license due to service needs.
