As a Support Worker, you'll be empowering incredible individuals to live independently, build new skills, and enjoy meaningful daily activities—while providing vital emotional support.

What skills and experience do you need?

We provide full training and support—what truly matters is your passion for making a difference.

While experience in supporting individuals with physical or mental health needs is a plus, we’re looking for people who are:

✅ Caring & compassionate – Driven to help others live independently
✅ Enthusiastic & proactive – Ready to bring energy and fresh ideas
✅ Team players & self-starters – Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

If you have experience with Positive Behaviour Support Plans, that’s a bonus—but your attitude and commitment are what truly count!

 What are the pay and benefits? 

An hourly rate of £12.15
Sleep in rate - £64.62
Wakeful night rate - £12.5 + 20%
Night rate of 1.5 x hourly rate.
