What you’ll be doing:

Currently we have adults with Dementia, Epilepsy, diabetes, and Learning disabilities.
You will be Supporting 1-1 and at times 2-1.
Continue to promote positive well-being.
Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
Personal care is involved.
Drivers’ essential due to service requirements

Who you are:

Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
Flexible, as shifts are between be 7am-2pm, 4pm-9pm.
Hold a valid manual UK driving license.
