We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join the Family Placement Team working within the Step Up Step Down Project.
The Family Placement Team is a child centred service working on behalf of Pembrokeshire County Council to ensure effective fostering services for children in the community in line with the Fostering Services (Wales) Regulations 2018.
Joining the team would provide many opportunities to bring new ideas, develop in different ways professionally, and to contribute directly to the work to promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflection and learning.
