As a Social Worker in this multi-disciplinary team, you would be expected to take part in the duty rota for general enquiries for the social workers in the CMHT You would carry a caseload working with service users within secondary services who have a Care and Treatment Plan (CTP).Working within legislation of Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, Social Services and Wellbeing Act and other relevant legislation.
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual who is person-centred in their approach and above all passionate about working in mental health. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and will thrive on working on their own initiative.
You must possess a relevant qualification in social work and be a registered social worker.
