You will:
- Be a 'hands on' member of the team, able to directly support the people you work with and troubleshoot emerging issues;
- Lead your team by example through attention to detail and willingness to be flexible;
- Ensure that training needs are identified and met;
- Regularly monitor team performance to ensure service objectives are met;
- Ensure that all aspects of the Single Point of Access services are delivered effectively;
- Be part of the process of continuous improvement in terms of the service to the citizens of Conwy, professionals we engage with and the team members themselves;
- Be able to achieve a qualification to underpin your learning, where appropriate;
- Have the support of the Team Manager and the wider Information, Advice & Assistance management team;
- Be able to reach your full potential within a fast moving role; increasing your knowledge of Social Care and the processes involved.
