Come and join our team Caemaen Residential Home is seeking to recruit a Senior Support Worker. It's an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed, and flexible individual.
Responsibilities will also include (but not restricted to):
- Supervision and monitoring of staff
- Recording and reporting on IT systems
- Rostering
- Personal Care Duties
- Moving and Handling, using equipment where required
- Assistance with medication (as per the Authority's Medication Policy)
- Taking direction from visiting professionals (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, GP, District Nurse etc.)
