Maendy Primary School is a happy and welcoming school with a dedicated team of staff. The Headteacher and Governing Body are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and committed professional to work alongside an amazing team of staff as a Senior School Support Officer.
This role is integral to ensure all financial and administrative systems and processes are led in an effective and efficient way. The successful candidate will also lead, operate, maintain and develop the human resources process and practice of the School in co-operation with the Management team and the Governing Body. You will be expected to work in partnership with relevant members of the Local Authority and to support GDPR and any subject access requests, freedom of information requests and pupil information from police. A front facing role, you will set the tone of our relationships with families, agencies and the wider community. You will deliver high quality an effective line management to support the School Support Officer and Midday Supervisor and ensure that training, support and supervision are implemented in line with appraisal processes.
