The postholder's main duties include administrative support regarding the payments process for Direct Payments, auditing of Direct Payment accounts and close partnership working with providers. The post will also be required to help develop effective business support systems to provide management information and to support the monitoring of the Direct Payment support contract.

What We Are Looking For From YouYou will need to demonstrate excellent customer care skills, clear verbal and written communication skills, advanced IT skills, the ability to produce accurate work and have proven organisational skills. Knowledge of Direct Payments legislation and best practice is desirable.
The work involves a range of tasks and you would need to be willing to work flexibly as part of a team, able to work under pressure in a busy environment, and be committed to provide the best service possible to meet changing customer needs.
A full, clean driving licence and the use of a car would be an advantage.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages would be an advantage.
