This service offers hands-on sessions focused on personal development in a group setting. • On Demand Service (Carmarthen) – A highly responsive support model offering daily phone calls, home visits, and community support. This service helps people remain connected, safe, and active. • Supported Living Service (Ammanford) – A service providing 24/7 support to individuals living in their own accommodation. Here, you’ll help people manage their home, develop daily routines, stay engaged in the community, and build confidence in tasks like cooking, cleaning, and managing finances — all while promoting as much independence as possible.
