As our Registered Manager, you will be required to demonstrate practical leadership skills, expert excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment whilst ensuring all current legislation's and policies and procedures are followed. You will be a Manager who can use your own initiative, lead a team to greatness and use your skills to move the service forward.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a child centered approach to practice, have a solid career history in children's residential care, including previous registration with CIW. You will have a proven track record of managing a successful service and be working towards or hold a Level 5 qualification in leadership and management.
