Children's Residential Manager G11 £44,711 - £47,754 per annum
Full time permanent - 37 hours per week Are you ready to take on a challenging yet incredibly rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, committed, flexible individual to join our team here in Wrexham Children provider services. We are looking for someone who has the passion, enthusiasm and can adapt & lead well given any situation. Experience within a leadership role is essential, you will need to demonstrate strong management and leadership skills as well as the ability to be motivate self and others, sometimes in the most challenging of times. The successful Individual will ensure the home operates within legal frameworks, uphold the highest standards of Care and most importantly, provide a nurturing , safe , fun environment for the children and young people to fulfil their potential. You will have a good sound knowledge of Attachment & Trauma informed approaches and have an understanding of how early childhood trauma affects the young people's day to day lives , whilst demonstrating empathy & understanding. Ensuring you remain positive role model to the team, young people, fostering an environment of recovery, learning and growth.
