You will need excellent communication skills as a significant part of the role will be liaising with Health and Social Care Professionals to plan discharges as well as the individuals we support and their families. You will also be required to work closely with our Domiciliary colleagues when scheduling the service.
Ideally you will need to hold or be working towards a Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline, for example business administration and have experience of working within a business or care environment.
