Come and join our team The West Wales Regional Partnership Board (WWRPB) was formed to facilitate integrated working across local authority, health and the third sector. The objective of the RPB is to support innovative, seamless services that positively impact on the health and well-being of our citizens.
The West Wales Regional Partnership Team work with all our partners on the strategic planning and project management of key policies and service innovation. There are currently two exciting opportunities to join this team on a temporary basis, (with the potential of secondment with current employers' permission). These posts will provide a unique range of opportunities to work across the region, and across partners.
WWRPB are looking for a project manager/facilitator to support the development and implementation of the new Welsh Government NYTH/NEST Framework, an early help and enhanced support planning tool for children and young people. The post holder will be required to work with partner agencies to drive forward the introduction of the NEST tool as a whole system approach, across health, social care and other children's services. Answering directly to a Programme and Change Manager, and with the support of the West Wales Regional Partnership Team, the post holder will be required to develop and implement an awareness raising plan and provide training and support to partners for completion of self-assessments, with the aim of embedding the NYTH/NEST Framework in both policy and practice across the region. Working as a change agent, the post holder will work to meet the ambitions of the Children's Commissioner for Wales' 'No Wrong Door' approach, by supporting integrated practices for children and young people that lead to better access to expertise, across education, health, social care and third sector.
This post is part time (3 days) and on a temporary 12-month basis
