Come and join our team The West Wales Regional Partnership Board (WWRPB) was formed to facilitate integrated working across local authority, health and the third sector. The objective of the RPB is to support innovative, seamless services that positively impact on the health and well-being of our citizens.
The West Wales Regional Partnership Team work with all our partners on the strategic planning and project management of key policies and service innovation. There are currently two exciting opportunities to join this team on a temporary basis, (with the potential of secondment with current employers' permission). These posts will provide a unique range of opportunities to work across the region, and across partners.
Regional Strategic Commissioning OfficerThis post has been created to support the RPB in realizing one of its key priority areas identified through the Market Stability Report. We are looking for an individual with experience of using data, engagement and strategic commissioning to lead on the development and implementation of a programme of activity to support and enhance regional commissioning capability. The post holder will be working with all partners to develop and deliver on agreed outcomes and priorities, in the context of significant challenges within the market for the provision of care and support.
The postholder will ensure the programme aligns with and supports delivery of linked regional and national strategic intentions - including the Welsh Government Rebalancing and Eliminate agendas - as part of a holistic approach to ensuring sufficiency and quality of care and support for people in the region.
The role is offered on a full-time basis for 12 months initially.
