The Pathways project, designed to make a lasting impact on the lives of adults across the UK. This initiative, under the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, focuses on enhancing basic skills, targeting parents and caregivers of pre-school aged children, including those traditionally harder to reach. We're seeking passionate individuals to join our team.
As a Pathways Project Engagement Officer, you will involve engagement activities and providing crucial participant support. You'll curate learning opportunities integral to the Pathways project mission. Plan and execute engaging activities, inspire learners, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences.
You'll be instrumental in providing tailored participant support, identifying individual needs, and crafting learning pathways that resonate with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Your role will encompass not just delivering courses but being a guiding force, encouraging progress, and celebrating achievements, fostering a sense of accomplishment.
Collaboration will be key, as you work alongside a dedicated team. Your ability to plan, execute, and adapt strategies will be crucial in maximising the impact and reach of the project. This role isn't just about delivering content; it's about inspiring change, fostering a love for learning, and empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A comprehensive
