An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work within The Hollies Residential Care Home in the Pontarddulais area, as a Night Care Assistant -20-hour post. This role supports people with Complex dementia needs, that stay live at the home or come and stay on a short-term basis. The support of the night team, led by the Night Care Officer, is most important, is valued and is integral to the effective support of the individuals staying in the home.

- You will be part of a team of both experienced and new Night Care Assistants.
- You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role.
- You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
- You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role.
- Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement.
- You will have Shifts patterns that are equally shared amongst the team and have a 20-hour contract.
