• Providing initial support upon arrival
• Support to set up a UK bank account and applying for Universal Credit
• Support with enrolling children into education
• Support with ESOL enrolment
• Raising awareness around Cultural differences

• Local Transport links
• Facilitate property viewings / Support with Tenancy sign ups & Utility Set up
• Community integration
• Working directly with housing officers
• Collating financial information to ensure we are able to manage move on correctly

These families wish to make positive changes to their home life and your support will help to make and sustain those changes. You will work with the Migration Support Team Manager who will identify families that would benefit from your specific time limited support to prevent escalating need.
