What you will do:
• Line manage a small team of front line support workers
• Complete rota for the service to ensure the needs of the service are met
• Complete personal plans and review of these plans in line with RISCA
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and services to support individuals to meet their identified personal outcomes.
• To promote the service within the geographical area support is provided within, therefore ensuring effective communication with internal and external teams / organisations
• To ensure flexibility to support front line where there may be a need
