Job description
Coleg Plas Dwbl sits on biodynamic farmland at the foot of the Preseli Mountains in the Welsh countryside. The 100-acre location offers a wealth of natural materials that are used in our curriculum crafts. These include clay for pottery, slate and stone, and wool from the sheep. Coleg Plas Dwbl’s signature craft is textiles.The post holder will work as a lead support for a named student with complex needs to offer specific and specialist emotional, behavioural support and personal care, and to provide additional support for the day time support team. They will also ensure appropriate care and support of the student including medical needs, dietary needs and personal care/hygiene. They must provide effective communication with colleagues and be able to keep accurate records.
