You will work with children, foster carers, adopters and staff in the Vale Valleys and Cardiff Adoption Consortium to ensure that all necessary information is available for children to understand their journey prior to being adopted. You will also work closely with the regional co-ordinator to ensure that good practice is shared across the region when completing individual life journey books and developing resources for other practitioners to use. Although working autonomously, you will receive regular supervision and support.
What We Are Looking For From YouYou will have experience of working with children, young people and their families. You will have knowledge and understanding of different methods of engaging with children and young people.
You will need to be able to travel across the City meeting service users and their families.
