INTERNAL ONLY: Social Worker - Disabilities

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker in the Disability Team North Powys based in the Welshpool / Newtown area. You will be part of a friendly team and work with colleagues across health and social care to deliver strengths based positive outcomes for people.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, has good communication skills, good partnership working and an enthusiasm to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes for individuals, and their families.

The closing date is Monday the 7th of July and Successful shortlisted applicants will be informed by Friday the 11th of July and interviews will take place on the 15th of July.
