Key responsibilities include supporting and motivating staff to deliver a personalised service, in partnership with service users. ILO's are responsible for ensuring the service enables individuals to maximise their independence, achieve their agreed outcomes and meet CSSIW domiciliary care standards. Working in partnership with service users and staff, to oversee and continually monitor service provision, ensuring the principles of independence are achieved.
Good IT skills, leadership experience and experience in a care- setting is essential for the role
The Home Care service operates 365 days a year and the ILO role includes working every other weekend, some evenings and some day shifts on a rolling rota basis.
As an agile worker you will work a combination of home based and office based hours.
