[Internal] Family Support Assistant - Family Resource Team

We are currently looking to recruit Family Support Assistants. The successful candidates will be required to work in the Family Resource Team to carry out supervised and supported family time sessions between children and their parents\/ other family members.
Appropriate induction and training will be provided, alongside regular supervision.
As a member of the Family Resource Team, you will be part of a flexible team that aims to provide high-quality support services for children and their families. Integral to the service is an ethos of valuing difference and promoting the opportunity for children and young people to have positive experiences which maximise their life chances.
The Family Resource Team provides a diverse range of services to children, young people and their families. As well as Family Time, we also offer Direct Work programmes, facilitate Family Group Conferences, and undertake Parenting Capacity Assessments. The role of the family time facilitator (Family Support Assistant) is integral to the assessment process.
