With over two thirds of our Children Looked After in the care of foster carers, improving outcomes for Children Looked After must start with improving foster care and providing excellent support to foster carers.
We are keen to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated Community Support Worker into the team, to work alongside experienced members of staff whilst we endeavour to recruit and retain foster carers within the service.
The post is based at the Civic Centre, Pontypool and also involves spending time working from home and visiting foster carers.
You will be joining a well-established team of experienced Social Workers, Community Support Workers and other professionals, with an experienced management team.
