[Internal] Carers Support Worker - Adults and Communities

We are looking for a candidate to work in a small team alongside another Carers Support Worker to share duties supporting unpaid adult carers in Torfaen. A varied and flexible role with a wide range of responsibilities providing a service to anyone who has a caring role and includes direct work with families, providing valuable information and advice and arranging group events and sessions.

The CSW will support families to continue caring to prevent the need for statutory intervention thus remaining independent in their own homes specifically considering the wellbeing of carers and their families
