Come and join our team We are looking to appoint a versatile, flexible and adaptable candidate who can work in a demanding work environment providing advice and assistance in matters relating to housing and homelessness.
You will be working within the Pre-Accommodation team and will be responsible for supporting with the administration of tenancy transfers, property inspections and signups for our temporary accommodation portfolio.
You will be required to provide advice and assistance to people in housing need, using various legislation to ensure correct information is given.
The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people, including vulnerable persons who may present with complex and challenging behaviour.

DBS level: A Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job
Welsh language level - Verbal: Level 3 - You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
