Job description

As a House Manager you will be accountable for the day to day running of the services and staff teams. One of the key areas of responsibility will be to ensure that you promote, and value strength based, person centred approaches as a central method of enabling people to have as much control over their lives as possible, empowering the person to become valued members of the community, and to ensure that our services deliver high quality care in all aspects of the person’s life.
