Come and join our team Carmarthenshire County Council have an exciting opportunity to join the Early Years Integration Team and contribute positively to the lives of children and families within the Gwendraeth Valley.
The postholder will be responsible for engaging with families, especially 'hard to reach' providing early intervention family support.
The postholder will deliver 1:1 programmes and group work to deliver early years support and preventative work at the antenatal stage through to school age.
The post requires creativity and innovation and the ability to work with families in a committed and caring manner.
Please note, driving and moderate lifting are essential for this post
