This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Home Assistance Reablement Team (HART).
We pay an attractive salary of £9,192 - £9,829 and offer access to training and development opportunities.H.A.R.T provides support to Adults within the Caerphilly County Borough Council area through our Home Care, Emergency Care, Assessment and Reablement services.
Various contracts are available - Days, Tea's, Twilight.
Our Service works closely with our Health and community colleagues, to provide the right support at the right time to individuals in their own home.
You will receive specific work based training that will enhance current and build new skills which will give you the confidence and abilities to support individuals reach their full potential.

For the role, we ask that you have: - Knowledge of domiciliary care regulations.

- A Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough to attend meetings, visit individuals.
