About You: We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills. You will have:
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a social care or financial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
